Ježek a.s. was established in 1997 (Commercial Register), as a successor to the previous business activities of the tax adviser Ing. Jan Ježek. The company has been based at Varšavská 30, Prague 2 – Královské Vinohrady since it was established.

The company is divided into three basic divisions:

• tax advisory
• bookkeeping
• payroll administration

The company has established several subsidiaries, which together with the parent company form a group providing accounting and tax advisory services. The subsidiaries that are not VAT payers provide their services to clients that are not subject to VAT.
